
Selected Commercial Booths Welcome
2007 was the 29th Anniversary of the Markham Village Music Festival. It was a great success and attended by over 15,000 people. We're working hard to ensure that last year’s crowds return, along with their friends, for our 30th anniversary presentation.
As a family-oriented music festival, with juried arts and crafts, we allow a restricted number of commercial booths in the Festival. If you're interested, please fill out the following form.
Displays, tables, booths, chairs, etc. must be supplied, erected and removed by the exhibitors. Each booth is allocated a 12 foot frontage (and about 10 feet out).
If you are interested i being part of this exciting event, please complete and return the following Information Request form.
Please note that there are no water or electrical services available to the booths.

After finished filling out the information request form, hit the "Submit Query" button, and print resulting page for your records
Please note that Information Request form information you submit does not guarantee participation in our festival. The content will be reviewed by the committee within 3 days of receipt and if accepted, an application package will be mailed (or emailed) at that time. The application is to be completed and returned by mail, with payment.
Festival Fees for Commercial Booths
Fees will be discussed with Festival Organizers.
