Crafters and Artists Welcome

The Markham Village Music Festival attracts over 15,000 visitors over its day and a half run. It's a tereffic venue to show and sell your creations.

Displays, tables, booths, chairs, etc. must be supplied and removed by you. Each booth will be allocated a 12 foot frontage (and about 10 feet out). Booth assignments will be made based on the best location to handle your product with due consideration to surrounding craft vendors. You must apply and pay for the number of booths required to completely accommodate your booth size. Please note that we may not be able to accept all trailers or vans due principally to height restrictions. 

Please note that there are no water or electrical services available to the booths.

Vendor selection is jury based and we endeavour to include only quality products by quality artisans, both local and international. If you are interested in being part of this exciting weekend event, please complete and submit the jury form. On acceptance you will be sent the application package.

Please note that the Jury form information you submit does not guarantee participation in our festival.  The content will be reviewed by the committee within 3 days of receipt and if accepted, an application package will be mailed (or emailed) at that time. The application is to be completed and returned by mail, with payment.

Festival Fees for Craft Exhibitors

Book your booth space by April 30 and save.

Friday only                          

By April 30, 2009: 1 booth = $75.00, Double booth = $135.00

After April 30, 2009: 1 booth = $90.00, Double booth = $160.00

OR

Saturday only              

By April 30, 2009: 1 booth  = $ 90.00,  Double booth = $160.00

After April 30, 2009: 1 booth  = $115.00, Double booth = $205.00

OR

Friday and Saturday  

By April 30, 2009: 1 booth  = $140.00, Double booth = $215.00
