Food Vendors Welcome

The Markham Village Music Festival attracts over 15,000 visitors over its day and a half run. It's great place to sell your food products.

Displays, tables, booths, chairs, etc. must be supplied and removed by you. Each booth will be allocated a 12 foot frontage (and about 10 feet out). Booth assignments will be made based on the best location to handle your product with due consideration to surrounding craft vendors. You must apply and pay for the number of booths required to completely accommodate your booth size. Please note that we may not be able to accept all trailers or vans due principally to height restrictions. 

Please note that there are no water or electrical services available to the booths.

After finished filling out the information request form, hit the "Submit Query" button, and print resulting page for your records.
Please note that Information Request form information you submit does not guarantee participation in our festival.  The content will be reviewed by the committee within 3 days of receipt and if accepted, an application package will be mailed (or emailed) at that time. The application is to be completed and returned by mail, with payment.

Provide a description of the foods you intend to offer and your method of cooking (if applicable). For example: deep frying, gas BBQ, smoker:

If your setup involves a vehicle such as a large trailer, please provide its height, width and length, include the trailer hitch in length (if applicable).

Friday only                          

By April 30: 1 booth  = $  85.00, Double booth = $155.00, Triple booth = $220.00

After April 30: 1 booth  = $105.00, Double booth = $190.00, Triple booth = $270.00

 

Saturday only              

By April 30: 1 booth  = $110.00,  Double booth = $200.00, Triple booth = $285.00

After April 30: 1 booth  = $130.00,  Double booth = $235.00, Triple booth = $340.00

 

Friday and Saturday            

By April 30: 1 booth = $170.00,   Double booth = $260.00, Triple booth = $330.00
